Liturgy

student receiving communion at school mas

As a Catholic school, we know that the Eucharist is the center of our faith. Therefore, various opportunities for Mass are offered throughout the year. School-wide Masses, in which the school comes together as a community of faith, are offered at least once a month. The student campus ministry team, Carondelet Circle, organizes these liturgies, but all are welcomed to participate. Mass is also offered at every student retreat.

Reconciliation

School-wide Reconciliation Services are offered twice a year. Students have the opportunity to go to private confessions with a priest once the communal reconciliation service with the whole school is complete. There is one service during Advent, and one during Lent. There are also other times throughout the year that priests are brought on campus to hear student confessions.

Opportunities for Prayer

school chapel

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament takes place through the religion classes once a quarter. Students are given to opportunity to pray in silence, as well as pray through song with praise and worship music. The chapel is open throughout the day for students to enter and pray.
