Placement for students transferring to St. Mary's Academy is considered in the fall and spring semesters if space is available. Enrollment is permitted in the spring semester of the freshmen year, and fall and spring semesters of the sophomore and junior years.
An application must be submitted to the Director of Admissions along with a copy of the student’s official transcripts and three recommendations. Students interested in transferring must have an acceptable discipline and attendance record. In addition, all credits must be up-to-date with no grades below “C” on their transcripts. After review of transcripts and recommendations, the Admissions Committee will determine if the student is eligible for a personal interview. If an interview is granted, the student and parent(s)/guardian(s) will be contacted by the Director of Admissions. After the interview process the Principal and Admissions Committee will make a final decision.
