May Crowning Liturgy

Every May our community celebrates the May Crowning tradition of the Church. As the book of Revelation so eloquently describes Mary as queen, she was crowned with a crown made of roses from our school garden. This year we held Mass outside on the lawn and invited mother figures in our students lives to join us. We honored the mothers of our students, and mothers working in our school community with a special blessing by Fr. Claude Williams, followed by breakfast and crafts after Mass.
