SAINT MARY’S ACADEMY TUITION ASSISTANCE 2010-2011
POLICY Thanks to the generosity of our graduates, friends and the Catholic Education Foundation, Saint Mary’s Academy offers tuition assistance based on financial need. Every effort is made by the Finance Committees to assist those who experience financial difficulties and are unable to pay the full tuition. Tuition assistance is not received automatically from year to year. A re-application is necessary for each school year. Students who receive tuition assistance must maintain a satisfactory GPA and good citizenship grades. PROCEDURE - Complete the application. (forms link bottom of page)
- The application must be received in the school office by 3:00PM on Monday, January 11, 2010.
Along with your application, you must have: - W2 from (2009) plus Completed Income Tax Returns (2008)
If a family member has not worked any time during the last 12 months, you must provide one of the following: - AFDC/Public Assistance
- Social Security Benefits
- Disability Benefits
- Unemployment Benefits
- Child support
If any portion of the application is incomplete, such as missing support documents for verification of income or missing signatures from parents/pastor, the application WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
IMPORTANT DATES - Monday, January 11, 2010 “Catholic Education Foundation” application due to St. Mary’s Academy.
